As a Health Care Advisor, you'll guide and assist clients in understanding and selecting the optimal insurance and benefits options for their requirements. This position is important, as you are dealing with something essential to the health of a human being. This position also demands exceptional communication skills and the ability to analyze client needs to offer customized solutions. If you're dedicated to helping others, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Reach out to leads expecting calls, with unlimited access to those leads provided. Conduct consultations with clients to assess their insurance and benefits needs. Present and educate on various insurance plans and benefits options, empowering clients to make informed choices. Offer continuous customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Collaborate with leaders and colleagues to ensure continual growth.
Qualifications:
Genuine desire to help people. Proficient negotiation skills to effectively close deals. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Capability to analyze client needs and deliver personalized solutions. Familiarity with technology preferred. Understanding of sales administration processes and procedures.
