In this vital role, you will oversee pension plan administration, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide exceptional support to employees navigating their retirement benefits. Your expertise will help foster a positive employee experience while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of pension data across various systems. Duties Manage the administration of pension plans, ensuring accurate calculation, enrollment, and ongoing maintenance of employee retirement benefits Collaborate with benefits administration teams to process pension-related transactions within HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, and Lawson Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, regulatory reporting requirements, and internal policies related to pensions and employee benefits Conduct data collection and analysis to support pension plan audits, reporting, and reconciliation efforts Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding pension plans, retirement options, and related HR policies Assist in the development and delivery of employee orientation sessions focused on retirement benefits and pension plan features Coordinate with external vendors and legal teams on contracts, regulatory updates, and benefit plan amendments Requirements Proven experience in benefits administration with a focus on pension plans or retirement programs Strong knowledge of human resources systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, ADP, Paylocity, Ceridian, or Oracle HCM Familiarity with payroll processing systems like Kronos or UltiPro for accurate benefit deductions and contributions Understanding of employment & labor law, HIPAA regulations for privacy compliance, and Workers' Compensation procedures Excellent communication skills to clearly explain complex pension concepts to employees at all levels Data analysis skills with proficiency in tools like Salesforce or other ERP systems for reporting purposes Ability to negotiate with vendors or service providers regarding benefit plan terms or contract renewals Experience with regulatory reporting requirements related to Medicare, HRIS data collection, or ERISA compliance is preferred Join us in this impactful role where your expertise will empower employees to secure their financial futures!
