Bilingual Payroll & Benefits Specialist Salary:
$70,000 – $75,000

Payroll & Benefits Specialist:
Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 500 employees, including hourly and salaried staff Manage payroll data integrity and ensure accurate, timely payroll processing through Paylocity Perform monthly benefits reconciliation and serve as the primary liaison with insurance carriers Resolve benefit discrepancies and ensure proper enrollment, deductions, and credits Maintain employee records, status changes, and payroll-related documentation Support workers' compensation administration, incident reporting, and compliance tracking Utilize advanced Excel functions including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, and data analysis Assist with process improvements that enhance payroll accuracy and employee experience Qualifications for the
Payroll & Benefits Specialist:
