Associate Director, Equity Compensation Role Summary The Equity Compensation Analyst provides operational and analytical support for the administration of the company's global equity compensation programs. This role focuses on executing day?to?day equity processes, ensuring data accuracy, supporting controls and documentation, and partnering closely with internal teams and third?party providers. The position is designed for a contingent worker supporting high?volume, time?sensitive equity activities and ongoing process stabilization initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support the administration of global equity programs (including restricted stock units, performance stock units, and other long?term incentive vehicles) across 40+ countries. Assist with equity lifecycle activities including grants, vesting events, payouts, terminations, and cancellations through data validation, reconciliations and reporting. Perform data reviews and quality checks across Workday, Fidelity, and downstream payroll/reporting outputs. Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, escalating complex issues as appropriate. Support responses to employee and HR partner equity inquiries, following established procedures and escalation paths. Maintain and update procedure documents and work instructions. Support process improvement and automation initiatives, including testing and documentation of new or enhanced processes. Execute SOX?aligned controls related to equity compensation processes, including evidence collection and documentation. Assist with country?specific equity considerations by compiling required data and documentation.
Experience & Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent practical experience. 2-4 years of experience in equity compensation, total rewards, payroll operations, HR operations, or financial administration. Experience supporting global equity compensation programs or incentive plan administration. Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large data files, reconciliations, and operational reporting. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow defined processes in a fast?paced environment.
Preferred:
Familiarity with Workday, Fidelity, or other equity administration platforms. Exposure to SOX controls, audits, or compliance?driven processes. CEP coursework or interest in equity compensation certification. Additional Notes This is a contingent / temporary role intended to support peak equity workloads, process re?engineering efforts, and operational stabilization. Role focuses on execution and operational support, not people management or plan design. Assignment length and hours are subject to business need.
