$110-120/hr The Planet Group is partnering with a company based in Chicago, IL to hire on a Workday Lead Consultant focused on Advanced Compensation and Total Rewards. This consultant will need to be onsite 3 days a week in the Chicago offices. Seeking an experienced, Lead level, Advanced Compensation & Total Rewards Consultant to design, optimization, and support of Workday Advanced Compensation and Total Rewards programs. This role combines deep functional expertise in compensation, rewards, and HR processes with some Workday configuration and consulting capabilities. The ideal candidate comes from a background in HR and/or Compensation Analysis then evolved into Workday consulting. This individual should possess advanced knowledge of Workday Advanced Compensation and HCM, lead business transformation initiatives, drive change management efforts, and support end-user adoption through training and development programs. This role is primarily functional but requires enough technical expertise to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions Required Skills & Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, Human Resources, HCM systems, or Workday consulting. 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience with significant focus on Advanced Compensation and HCM. Strong functional expertise in compensation programs, salary planning, incentive programs, and Total Rewards processes. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Workday solutions. Demonstrated experience leading change management and organizational adoption initiatives. Experience developing and delivering end-user training and enablement programs. Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and consulting skills. Ability to communicate effectively with executives, HR leaders, and technical teams. #TECH #LI-JG2
