This is a Salaried position.
Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY
The Compensation & Provider Services Applications Analyst l will develop a foundational understanding of provider compensation methodologies, and the data required to support them. This role will learn the applications used by OSF to administer provider compensation plans and acquire a basic understanding of how to maintain these applications.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, computer science, healthcare administration or other closely related field OR High school diploma and 4 years of experience with relevant applications
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Previous work-related experience in the healthcare industry. Experience with key OSF applications. OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
