The RoleKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver end‑to‑end administration of employee benefits programs (e.g. medical, life, retirement, wellness, leave‑related benefits) in accordance with local policies and regulationsProcess employee benefits events including enrollments, changes, and terminations in HR systems (e.g. Workday or equivalent)Maintain accurate and complete benefits records across HR systems and required local documentationAct as a subject‑matter resource for benefits processes, ensuring consistency and policy adherence across casesRespond to employee and manager inquiries related to benefits, providing clear guidance on eligibility, coverage, and processesSupport HR Business Partners and HR Services colleagues with benefits‑related escalations and complex casesPartner with Payroll to ensure correct benefits deductions and compliance with statutory requirementsProvide high‑quality customer service in line with HR Services SLAs and experience standardsCoordinate with external benefits providers and brokers to resolve operational issues and support program changesSupport benefits audits and compliance reviews by providing accurate data and documentationEnsure benefits administration complies with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policiesEscalating risks or compliance concerns proactively and support remediation actionsIdentify opportunities for process standardization, simplification, and automation within benefits deliveryParticipate in HR transformation initiatives such as benefits system implementations, country transitions, or process redesignSupport documentation of SOPs, process maps, and service catalogues for benefits servicesContribute to continuous improvement of mindset within HR Services Manage physical and digital benefits‑related documentation where requiredEnsure data accuracy, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance in handling employee informationSupport ad‑hoc reporting requests and operational metrics related to benefits deliverySupports assigned country or multi‑country portfolio depending on organizational setupWho You AreRequired Qualifications & Experience1-3 years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or shared services environmentPractical knowledge of employee benefits programs and HR compliance requirements1-3 years of experience working with HR systems (e.g. Workday) and service management toolsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation, tracking, and reportingFluent Czech (mandatory)Good working knowledge of English (written and spoken)Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldCore CompetenciesBenefits administration and operational HR knowledgeCustomer‑centric mindset with strong problem‑solving skillsAbility to interpret policies and apply them consistentlyStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Collaboration and stakeholder management across functionsContinuous improvement and change‑positive mindsetHigh standards of confidentiality and data accuracyBeing YouThe \
