In this role, you'll work directly with employers and their employees to educate them about voluntary benefits and help individuals make informed decisions about their financial protection. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and having the freedom to create their own success. What You'll Do Meet with business owners, HR teams, and employees to understand their benefit needs Educate employees on voluntary benefits such as accident, disability, life, critical illness, and hospital coverage Conduct employee benefit presentations and enrollment meetings Build and maintain strong relationships with employer groups and employees Develop new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community relationships Work with experienced sales and training professionals to develop your skills Follow up with clients and provide ongoing service Build a book of business and develop long-term client relationships What We're Looking For You do not need to come from the insurance industry.
