Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Unarmed Security Officer to join our team, providing vigilant security services across various facilities. This role involves monitoring premises, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, conflict management abilities, and a commitment to safety. This position offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits, emphasizing a supportive and professional work environment. Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks Processing trucks in and out with paperwork. Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies. Enforce facility policies and manage conflicts with professionalism and tact Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior and preventing theft or vandalism Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services during critical situations Conduct security checks on entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to ensure safety compliance Support team members in maintaining a safe environment through proactive engagement Qualifications Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively Familiarity with security procedures, incident reporting, and emergency response protocols Ability to remain alert during long shifts and maintain professionalism at all times Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with team members, visitors, and authorities This role is ideal for individuals committed to safeguarding environments through vigilance, integrity, and proactive engagement.
