Competitive Salary + Benefits About the Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Employee Benefits Specialist to join a growing insurance agency. This role will support Employee Benefits producers and clients by managing renewals, servicing accounts, preparing proposals, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of employee benefits programs and insurance operations. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day service needs for Employee Benefits clients. Prepare renewal documents, benefit comparisons, and marketing materials. Coordinate with carriers to obtain quotes, policy information, and coverage updates. Assist with open enrollment meetings and employee education initiatives. Review policies and plan designs for accuracy and compliance. Process applications, policy changes, and renewals. Respond to client inquiries regarding medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits. Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems. Support producers in new business development and account retention efforts. Qualifications 2+ years of Employee Benefits insurance experience preferred. Life & Health License preferred or ability to obtain quickly. Knowledge of group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems. Experience working with carrier portals and enrollment platforms is a plus.
