Join our inclusive Total Rewards team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior Compensation Analyst and contribute to our global compensation and benefits strategy. In this position, you'll collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to develop and implement effective total rewards solutions that attract, retain, and support talent. You'll analyze market trends, manage compensation programs, and facilitate the annual compensation cycle while ensuring alignment with our business objectives. Working with highly confidential data, you'll provide strategic compensation consulting across all organizational levels, conduct detailed market research, and develop solutions for salary administration, incentives, and long-term plan designs. You'll also support various critical projects including benefit program design, M&A integrations, and system implementations while maintaining productive partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree plus 6 years of related experience
- 3+ years in compensation or related field preferred
- Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, modeling, and data visualization
- Strong analytical capabilities with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present insights
- Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday preferred
- Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong consulting and relationship building skills across all organizational levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of global compensation practices and regulatory requirements
- Experience with benefit platforms and flexible benefits technology preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently
- Financial understanding to connect rewards strategies with business objectives Compensation and Benefits The salary pay range estimated for this position Sr Compensation Analyst based in Massachusetts is $110,000.
