Responsibilities - What you'll do This position will be responsible for the following facilities: Southeast Correctional Center and Kennett Job Center To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Engage with justice involved individuals to create awareness of employment and training opportunities prior to their release Promote Job Center services and benefits to justice‑involved individuals and the general public. Conduct assessments and provide assistance in developing employment plans. Coordinate services with Office of Workforce Development (OWD), Department of Corrections (DOC), Job Center staff, and partner agencies to support successful reintegration and employment outcomes. Deliver and document case management and employment services across multiple workforce programs. Perform outreach to job seekers, employers, and community partners to expand access to services and opportunities. Assist employers by accepting job orders, identifying labor needs, prescreening applicants, and facilitating appropriate referrals. Support job seekers through automated job searches, workshops, job‑readiness activities, and vocational planning. Provide guidance and coaching on job retention, career advancement, resume development, and interview preparation. Inform employers and community organizations of available Job Center services and represent the agency at job fairs and partner events. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of customer service in all interactions. Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications - All you need for success Beneficial education and/or work-related experience includes technical or professional experience in business, personnel, public administration or closely related area, including military service.
