Lake Regional Health System is seeking a professional, detail-orientated Analyst to join our Quality Management team who can provide excellent data reporting and customer service to our team. What Are We Looking For? An individual who has a Quality Management or Performance Improvement experience in a hospital setting. Our Analyst is responsible for abstracting and analyzing data. In addition, preparing initiatives to improve performance across the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office paired with advanced Excel knowledge is required. Bachelor's degree and/or Lean Six Sigma certificate preferred for the role. An annual influenza vaccination is required.
