Provider Compensation Analyst Cone Health - 3.6 Greensboro, NC Job Details Part-time 21 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Full Job Description The Provider Compensation Analyst is responsible for analyzing and evaluating physician compensation plans, conducting market research, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement effective compensation strategies. Working under general supervision, this position ensures fair and competitive compensation for physicians.
Essential Job Function:
Conducts analysis of provider compensation plans to ensure alignment with industry standards, organizational goals, and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with internal stakeholders, such as HR, Finance, and Legal, to develop and implement physician compensation strategies that support organizational goals and objectives. Conducts market research and benchmarking to gather data on physician compensation trends and best practices. Evaluates and recommends changes to compensation plans based on market data, organizational needs, and regulatory requirements. Provides guidance and support to physicians and leadership regarding compensation-related inquiries and issues. Monitors and analyzes compensation data to identify trends, address disparities, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Experience:
Required:
Minimum 3 years experience in directly related role.
Preferred:
Experience in hospital/healthcare industry.
Licensure/Certification/Listing:
