What You Will Do As a Total Rewards Analyst, you'll support the administration and improvement of employee benefit programs while partnering with internal teams and external vendors.
Key responsibilities include:
Administer day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, FSA, and 401(k). Serve as a primary contact for benefit vendors and third-party administrators, supporting billing, eligibility, and issue resolution. Assist with benefits-related payroll processes, system audits, and ongoing HRIS data accuracy. Coordinate benefits activities such as enrollments, COBRA administration, beneficiary updates, disability claims, and compliance processes. Monitor and reconcile monthly benefit invoices and administrative fees across benefit plans. Support benefits audits, reporting, and industry benchmarking surveys. Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees with benefits questions and guidance. Help coordinate open enrollment, benefits orientations, and employee education sessions. Participate in special HR initiatives such as wellness programs, retirement education, and employee engagement campaigns. What You Bring We're looking for someone who enjoys both the analytical and people-facing sides of HR. Required Qualifications Associate's degree plus 1+ year of benefits-related experience or 5+ years of related experience Experience working with HRIS systems Experience supporting vendor relationships and benefits administration Strong Excel and data management skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Preferred Skills Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology Strong attention to detail and organization Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving projects and deadlines Associate's degree plus 1+ year of benefits-related experience or 5+ years of related experience Experience working with HRIS systems Experience supporting vendor relationships and benefits administration Strong Excel and data management skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology Strong attention to detail and organization Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving projects and deadlines
