Job Description

: This position is responsible for the company's overall benefits and safety administration, to include health plan, supplemental health/welfare plans, 401(k) plan
Essential Functions:
The Benefits & Safety Administrator position will include any of the following responsibilities: Provide exceptional guest service to both our internal and external customers. Education, enrollment, and daily administration of the company's health plan, serving as liaison between employee and claims administration as needed to ensure appropriate and timely resolution of claims issues. Responsible for communicating with all newly eligible employees' details of the health plan and enrollment deadlines. Responsible for the planning, organization, and facilitation of the annual benefits open enrollment process. Maintain education and awareness of all benefits laws, ensuring the company remains compliant with all laws and regulations. Serve as primary contact for supplemental benefit providers to coordinate education and enrollment processes. Serve as liaison between employees and providers as needed to facilitate issue resolution. Regular use of the HRIS (SAGE) system and Time & Attendance system (TMS) (Attendance Enterprise) for data entry and reporting purposes, to include the setting up and maintenance of benefit plans and rate structures. Facilitate orientation and other training as needed. Create and maintain all appropriate record keeping/documentation for assigned areas of responsibility. Compliance with all I9 and make sure to retain all I9s for 3yrs. Ensure to meet all Federal Record Retention Requirements Track and upload all drug screenings through Essential.
Required:
Ability to obtain Nebraska Racing & Gaming license required for employment.
