Current Life & Health insurance license, or the ability to obtain one within a short timeframe
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional listening ability
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and customer interactions
Strong technical aptitude, including comfort using CRM systems and other technology platforms

Passion for helping customers achieve the best possible outcomes Work Environment This position is fully in office and based at the Milliman Omaha office. Candidates must be able to work on-site in Omaha, Nebraska on a full-time basis. This is not a remote position. Milliman Omaha offers a business casual, professional office environment located at 180th & Dodge, where employees work alongside a collaborative team of approximately 75 professionals. Compensation A combination of factors will be considered to determine the compensation for this role, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.
This is a non-exempt overtime eligible role. This role is a seasonal/temporary, hourly, non-exempt, full-time position expected to last approximately 4 months. This role also includes production-based incentives tied to two primary activities: Bookings Meetings with individuals to consult and educate on health insurance options. These typically take approximately 45 minutes.
Incentive:
$40 for each fully completed and documented booking Applications Completion of insurance applications with carriers. These typically take approximately 15-20 minutes. Number of Applications Pay per Application 1-100 $10 101-500 $12 501-1000 $15 1001+ $18 Additional Information Ability to work on a full-time basis is required
This role is a seasonal/temporary, hourly, non-exempt, full-time position expected to last approximately 4 months, with an anticipated end date of January 1, 2027. The duration of the assignment may be adjusted based on business needs and does not guarantee ongoing employment beyond the assignment period.
