Job Description
- Review and validate global personnel cost planning (salary, bonus, benefits)
- Ensure alignment between bonus outcomes and financial plans
- Partner with FP&A and HR for budget accuracy 2. Payroll Accounting & Financial Integrity
- Oversee bonus accruals and payroll accounting entries
- Ensure alignment with financial reporting standards (accuracy, completeness)
- Partner with controllership to validate postings. 3. Global Compensation Governance & Ownership
- Own end-to-end governance of IFS, GCS, and GCO bonus frameworks
- Ensure consistency, auditability, and compliance across all regions
- Identify anomalies, over/under-payments, and performance inconsistencies Qualifications Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CIMA,CMA) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, workforce costing, or compensation governance.
- Strong knowledge of payroll accounting, financial reporting standards, and global compensation practices.
- Proven ability to challenge assumptions and provide strategic insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across HR, FP&A, and Controllership.
