Join our team today and immerse yourself in a rewarding career for years to come! Oaks Integrated Care is looking to hire a Benefits Assistant for its HR Department in Mount Holly. Your role will be essential to our success, and your efforts will influence our ability to provide treatment to our community.
Responsibilities:
Introduce benefits to eligible employees and ensure compliance Assist with open enrollment requirements, including communication, to ensure compliance Report and coordinate all work-related injuries and maintain accurate reporting, including OSHA logs Assist in coordinating leaves of absence with employees and managers Assist in accommodation meetings with employees and leadership, including light duty- ensure documentation and compliance Participate as a member of the safety committee Provide assistance and support to the HR department as needed Why Choose Oaks?
