Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Payroll/Benefits Administrator to join our Human Resources team. In this vital role, you will oversee the administration of payroll processes, benefits programs, and employee data management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Your expertise will help foster a positive employee experience by managing benefits enrollment, processing payroll transactions, and supporting HR initiatives with precision and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's success through meticulous data handling, regulatory compliance, and effective communication. Job Description
  • Process six weekly union/non- union payrolls on Mondays using PayChex
  • Enroll new hires in payroll system and time clock
  • Insurance census
  • Open enrollment for medical, dental and FSA
  • Enroll new hires in medical, dental and FSA
  • 401(k) audit
  • W/C audit
  • File W/C claims
  • File unemployment, disability and FMLA claims
  • Employment verifications
  • Updated employee files
  • Track vacation, sick and personal time
  • Update monthly health and dental distribution work sheets
  • Update monthly union reports
  • Set up yearly hearing testing
  • File yearly EEOC and OSHA reports
  • Post job openings
  • Schedule interviews
  • Schedule new hire drug testing and physicals
  • Set up wire transfers
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,500.00 per year
