We focus on high impact technology solutions in ServiceNow, Fullstack, Cloud & Data, and AI / ML. Due to our globally expanding service offerings we are seeking top-talent to join our teams and grow with us. Qualifications Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 4-7 years of compensation analysis and compensation program experience 2-4 years of position management and workforce planning experience. Experience supporting compensation programs in a corporate HR environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Experience with job evaluation, market pricing, and compensation benchmarking. Knowledge of compensation surveys and survey providers. Understanding of compensation regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency with Oracle HCM Fusion. Experience with compensation platforms such as PayFactors, MarketPay, and CompAnalyst. Experience using HRIS systems, compensation applications, and AI tools. Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills. Strong communication, presentation, and data storytelling abilities. Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and process optimization experience.
