Position Summary:
Administers employee benefits, compensation, and related HR programs. This position supports operational excellence by ensuring HR programs are delivered efficiently while promoting employee engagement, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Directs comprehensive health and wellness coverage, including retirement plans and various leave initiatives Coordinates benefit eligibility, enrollment, changes, terminations, and employee communication Facilitates the annual open enrollment cycle by coordinating staff communications, educational sessions, provider data synchronization, and system integrity Collaborates with payroll personnel to verify the precision of plan deductions, salary adjustments, supplemental stipends, and performance-based incentives Oversees compensation documentation while assisting with market-based wage assessments and the administrative processing of merit increases Generates analytical reports regarding program participation, organizational pay structures, and pertinent workforce information Provides employee benefit education and answers questions Responsible for benefit and compensation regulatory compliance and annual reporting requirements Ensure employee and organizational confidentiality Promote continuous improvement and supports HR initiatives
Qualifications Preferred:
Experience with benefits administration, compensation, payroll coordination, HRIS systems, or employee data reporting, Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field relevant experience; knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; excellent communication, organization, and confidentiality.
