- Full-time Mildred Elley is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll/Benefits Specialist to join our administrative team.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
: Manage the end-to-end processing of bi-weekly payroll using Paychex HRSync software; Ensure all information is up to date including, but not limited to, timecards, tax exemptions, changes in employee status; Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits and company policies; Maintain acute, confidential payroll records, personnel files and compliance documentation; Support the HR Manager with on-boarding, benefits administration and ad-hoc administrative tasks as necessary.QUALIFICATIONS
: Associate's degree in human resources, business or accounting is highly preferred; Minimum of 1-2 years of payroll processing experience; Proficient in Microsoft Office including documented proficiency with Excel; Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and a strict adherence to confidentiality.Pay:
