Job Description

A healthcare system in Westchester County, NY is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support compensation program analysis, market benchmarking, and pay administration. This role focuses on maintaining internal equity, supporting data-driven recommendations, and helping ensure compliance with compensation practices.  About the

In-person Responsibilities:
Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using compensation survey data Analyze internal pay equity and recommend salary adjustments as needed Support administration of base pay structures, salary grades, and incentive programs Partner with HR and hiring managers on offer development and compensation recommendations Prepare and maintain job descriptions, job leveling, and compensation-related reports
Qualifications:
2+ years of Compensation, HR Analytics, or related experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Knowledge of Compensation structures, benchmarking, and job evaluation methodologies Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Desired Skills:
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft Experience in a hospital or large healthcare system Familiarity with Union environments or large Workforce Compensation structures
