AB_5033284 We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Benefits Administrator to support key HR technology initiatives, core benefits administration, and system maintenance. In this role, you will be instrumental in testing and validating Workday updates, troubleshooting benefits processes, ensuring data accuracy across vendors, and delivering seamless benefits support to our employees. You will partner closely with HRIS, Payroll, and cross-functional HR teams to drive project success and operational excellence.salary:
$30 - $34 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Support testing and validation for Benefits projects , Workday changes, enhancements, and new initiatives. Develop and execute test scenarios and UAT , documenting results, issues, and resolutions. Validate benefits processes including eligibility, enrollments, life events, coverage, contributions, and payroll deductions . Partner with Benefits, HRIS, Payroll, and other teams to troubleshoot issues and support successful project delivery. Assist with benefits data audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy across systems and vendors. Provide day-to-day Benefits support as needed , based on evolving team priorities. Support activities such as Open Enrollment, employee benefit changes, vendor coordination, and issue resolution as needed.
