The HR Programs and Benefits Coordinator supports employees throughout the employment experience by coordinating benefits, leave programs, workplace claims, credentialing, and other essential HR processes. This position is well suited for an organized, service-minded HR professional who can manage detailed administrative work, communicate with care, and protect confidential information in a fast-paced environment.Shifts/Schedule:
Part-time (25 hours) Weekdays, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.Responsibilities:
Benefits Administration Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and administration, including assisting employees with enrollment forms, updates, and general benefits questions. Maintain accurate benefits documentation and assist with coordination between employees, HR leadership, and benefits providers. Leave Management Coordinate employee leave administration, including documentation tracking, communication with employees, and maintaining accurate leave records. Workers' Compensation Claims Coordinate workers' compensation claims administration, including claim reporting, documentation coordination, and communication with the organization's third-party administrator (TPA). Unemployment Claims Assist with unemployment claim coordination, including documentation preparation and communication with the organization's third-party administrator (TPA). Safety, Incident and Drug Testing Oversight Coordinate employee accident and incident reporting and Drug Free Workplace processes, ensuring required documentation is completed and submitted in accordance with company policy.Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age. Successful completion of BCI/FBI background check and pre-employment drug screen. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in HR processes, including benefits and familiarity with HRIS systems.Benefits:
