Parma, Ohio Why This Opportunity Stands Out (Payroll & Benefits Administrator): High-impact role with direct exposure to leadership and operational teams Opportunity to support employees across multiple locations and business units Outstanding retirement program Employer-paid healthcare benefits Collaborative culture with a supportive and team-oriented environment Stable organization with long-term growth opportunities Key Responsibilities (Payroll & Benefits Administrator): Process and administer multi-state payroll, including bonuses, commissions, garnishments, deductions, retroactive adjustments, executive compensation, and tax withholdings Monitor and interpret federal, state, and local payroll regulations to maintain compliance and update processes as needed Perform payroll and benefits audits, reconciliations, and quality assurance reviews to ensure data integrity and accuracy Oversee payroll tax registrations, tax notices, timekeeping administration, retirement plan contributions, and year-end W-2 processing Maintain and update employee payroll and benefits records within ADP, UKG, and carrier platforms Investigate and resolve payroll and benefits-related questions, discrepancies, and escalated issues Assist with reporting, process enhancements, and ongoing system optimization efforts Qualifications (Payroll & Benefits Administrator): 5+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience, preferably in a multi-state environment Experience with ADP Workforce Now required; UKG experience is a plus Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance requirements, and benefits administration Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and reconcile data Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion #LI-DO2 #INSEP2026
