PURPOSE:
As part of the broader Management team, the Payroll/Benefits Coordinator/Human Resources Generalist manages, directs the organization's programs regarding the recruitment, development, and retention of employees. Manages and tracks Payroll, PTO, Benefits, eligibility and cost. Exercises judgment within defined practices and policies. Selects appropriate methods and techniques for resolving problems. Possesses knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws and general human resources concepts. Has strong interpersonal and communication skills and is responsive and persuasive at all levels of the organization.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Independently process bi-weekly payroll using ADP End-to-End Track and maintain records for Point Tracker, absence's, PTO according to Company Handbook Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans etc. Work with all levels of management to facilitate recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring and dismissing employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures Continually update employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress and social media permissions etc.) and keep employee handbook current Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefit inquiries. Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues. Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education Bachelor degree or equivalent Field of Study Human Resources, Business or related discipline Licenses or Certifications PHR or
