Job Description The Incentive Compensation Operations Analyst is responsible for executing and optimizing the formulaic incentive calculation processes across multiple business lines at BOK Financial. This role works closely with the Incentive Compensation Manager and lines of business to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient incentive payouts. The analyst will write SQL queries, test application functionality, document operational workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the incentive compensation team. How You'll Spend Your Time You will interpret incentive plan documents to determine participant eligibility, performance criteria, and payout structures. You will execute complex incentive calculations using SQL and structured data sources across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. You will develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, validate, and manipulate data for accurate incentive processing. You will generate customized reports to meet stakeholder needs and support operational decision-making. You will contribute to incentive system design and testing, ensuring functionality and accuracy of new features. You will document processes and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance transparency, efficiency, and plan alignment. Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field of study and 8+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Incentive compensation administration and experience applying Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements preferred. Proficiency in SQL, including writing and optimizing queries. Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred. Experience in banking, finance, or a related field. Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Strong mathematical, analytical, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, Structured References); Power BI experience is a plus. Strong documentation skills and ability to translate technical processes into clear, user-friendly materials. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
