Job Description
Job Description This role is responsible for managing employee accommodation requests that have escalated to our team by our third-party administrator. Additionally, this role engages with employees who have questions regarding leave of absence or time away from work.

- Support operations of reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act as Amended (ADAAA), working alongside our third party co-sourcing partner. Co-sourcing partner begins the interactive process; Global Process Delivery becomes involved to support more complex accommodation requests.
- Support operations of leave of absence and disability programs by resolving employees' pay-related questions and/or vendor management related concerns.
- Support employees' queries by applying functional knowledge and relevant experience and using an empathetic, customer-service mindset.
- Ensure compliance with relevant benefits laws, regulations, and company policies across the region.
- Follow documented operational processes and controls to drive efficiency and mitigate risk.
- Identify operational issues and drive resolution using data analysis and critical thinking.

https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- 10 years of experience in HR/Benefits, and 2-4 years' specifically working on accommodations under the ADA and leave of absence administration
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and partner with various stakeholders to deliver solutions that are aligned to strategy, support business objectives, and meet all legal requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong skill on vendor management and project management
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills, including ability to prepare materials for audiences at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CoPilot).
- Experience working with third-party benefit and leave administrators
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow
