Job Description

Lead Total Rewards Analyst Role Overview Primary subject-matter expert for compensation strategy, analysis, and administration, with growth opportunities in benefits and HR analytics. Partners with HRBPs, Finance, and leadership to maintain competitive, equitable, and compliant programs. Key Responsibilities Compensation (Primary): Lead design and administration of base/incentive pay; conduct market pricing and job evaluations; manage annual merit/bonus cycles; maintain salary structures and job architecture.
Benefits & Projects:
Assist with health, welfare, and retirement plan administration; manage vendor coordination and benefits communications; support program benchmarking.
Data & Analytics:
Build dashboards and reports to drive strategy; partner with HRIS and Finance to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field; 5-7+ years of experience combining strong benefits knowledge with hands-on compensation expertise.
Skills:
Strong quantitative analysis and critical thinking; ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-HR audiences; high attention to detail with confidential data.
Traits:
