The Sales Compensation Analyst will manage Financial Representatives (FRs) & Protégé's contract terms.- You will
- + Ensure accurate field compensation by interpreting Guardian producer contracts, compensation schedules, and contract terms + Perform analysis and provide resolution and clear verbal and written responses to compensation inquiries + Provide confidential compensation data to field partners - Guardian Office Managers, Agency Accountants and General Agents + Work closely with Guardian Agent Contracting and Licensing (ACL) to ensure that compensation is paid according to the ever changing and varying state license regulations + Provide confidential compensation information to various internal departments such as Legal, Audit and Agency Accounting Services and Manager, Distribution Alliance + Demonstrate excellent customer service by responding to commission-related issues and questions, provide problem research and resolution and accurate dissemination of information •You have•
Required:
- + Very Good PC skills (Excel, Word) + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment + Proven ability to work under pressure + Excellent customer service skills + Strong verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- + Ability to identify the various types of commissions being reported (regular 12b-1's and mixed transactions) and product types (mutual fund, variable annuity, variable life, brokerage and RIA business) + High mathematical aptitude

Salary Range:
- $59,110.00 - $88,660.00 The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
