Carrier Disputes Analyst II Canonsburg, PA 1 DAYS AGO 22622601 Summary Canonsburg, PA Remote Competitive Salary 2 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Carrier Disputes Analyst II to join us in a full-time capacity.

Location Requirement:

The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.

Role Overview:

The Carrier Dispute Analyst II is responsible for independently managing moderately complex carrier disputes. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to interpret usage data, contracts, and rate plans in order to resolve billing discrepancies with domestic and international carriers.

Salary Range:
