Job Overview At Piedmont Airlines, our strength is the way we deliver industry-leading service to our customers and airline partners. To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable student to join us as a Human Resources Benefits Associate Intern. This intern supports the Benefits Team and the Worker's Compensation team by assisting team members with benefits and worker's compensation related questions. The successful candidate will be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, able to multi-task, and remain organized. This position reports to the Benefits Manager.
Essential Duties:
Assist team members with benefits and worker's compensation related questions Work with and answer vendor questions Review dependent documentation to determine benefit eligibility Run reports and review schedules for the worker's compensation team Update intranet material as needed
Job Qualifications and Competencies:
Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program Basic Microsoft Office Skills including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week Ability to commute to
Middletown, PA Preferred Qualifications:
Prior office work experience Familiarity with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) software Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work Environment:
Standard office environment, use of computers and other office equipment Ability to work a flexible schedule if needed

Starting Rate:
