Penske's Corporate Compensation team is growing and is currently seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst focused on variable pay. This role will support the Manager Compensation and will be actively involved in our variable pay programs, includingmission, incentive plans. The Senior Compensation Analyst will providepensation, analysis and consultation to all levels of management and HR Partners. Additionally, this position will provide guidance to managers onmission plan policies and practices to ensurepliance and provide system support to end users when necessary. This position is based in Reading, PA.Major Responsibilities:
- Providepensation support and consultation to various corporate departments and field locations.
- Lead and process annual plan design and documentation.
- Identify trends and develop rmendations to address any areas of opportunity.
- Assist in audits and reviews to ensurepliance.
- Partner with thepensation team on variable,mission plans for new jobs to determinepensation structure.
- Partner withpensation of jobs and ranges for theanizationspensation program to evaluate internal equity, externalpetitiveness and legalpliance.
- Deliver training to HR and Managers tocate them on ourpensation philosophy, practices and systems.
- Actively participate in projects that impact associatepensation andanizational hierarchy, offerpensation support when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevantpensation experience.
- 4-6 years Compensation experience preferred, preferably in a multi-state environment.
- Experience with variable pay plans, budget and structure activities preferred.
- 3 years HR/Finance Analytics strongly preferred.
- CCP preferred or willingness to obtain within 2 years. PHR and/or SHRM-CP a plus.
- Internal Penske field experience a plus.
- Strong written and verbalmunication skills.
