Job Description

General Summary Provides operational and analytical support to the Provider Compensation team. Participates in day-to-day compensation plan execution. Participates in annual compensation budget planning.
Duties and Responsibilities Essential Functions:
Supports evaluation of physician and APP productivity and compensation models as required. Responds to requests for salary survey data. Participates in salary surveys, extracting and compiling pertinent data to complete survey questionnaires as necessary. Participates in annual compensation budget planning. Compiles data for and prepares regularly scheduled or special reports, analyses, and statements. Participates in the annual compensation process for assigned areas. Maintains compensation system and accrual files. Participates in year-end reconciliation processes. Collaborates with Business Managers, Directors of Operations, and Medical Group Administration in supporting the compensation of assigned areas and facilitates communication with physicians and APPs. Oversees the Provider Forgivable Loan process.

Provides ad-hoc analysis and reports to Management as requested. Continuously assesses and improves the work processes under their area of responsibility. Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.
Qualifications Minimum Education:
Bachelors Degree Required Masters Degree Preferred Work Experience:
5 years Experience in healthcare accounting, finance, or human resources
