Job Description
- Analyze compensation survey data and assist with market pricing and benchmarking.
- Maintain and audit compensation data to ensure accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses to support compensation decisions, pay equity reviews, and program effectiveness.
- Support annual merit, bonus, and promotion cycles through data preparation, validation, and reporting.
- Assist with administration of salary structures, job architecture, and other compensation programs.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to provide compensation support and respond to compensation-related inquiries.
- Develop presentations, documentation, and communication materials for compensation initiatives. What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in compensation, HR, finance, analytics, or a related field (internship experience welcomed).
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) is a plus.
Compensation Range:
Franklin Templeton offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards-monetary and non-monetary- designed to support their well-being and recognize their time, talents, and results.
- $85,000, depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
