Benefits Administrator (Hybrid) Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Benefits Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable balancing employee support with data accuracy, confidential information, and coordination across multiple internal and external partners. This role is a hybrid model in Portland, Oregon. Benefits Administrator Responsibilities Serve as a primary resource for employee and retiree benefit questions, enrollment changes, dependent updates, and general plan support. Coordinate benefits activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including new hire enrollment, annual open enrollment, and related communications. Maintain accurate benefits information within HR systems and reconcile eligibility, payroll deductions, vendor billing, and benefit-related data. Partner with insurance carriers, benefits vendors, and third-party administrators to address issues and support COBRA, FSA, and HSA administration. Maintain benefits records, reports, and documentation while assisting with accommodations and other benefits-related projects. Benefits Administrator Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting employee benefits administration. Working knowledge of health and welfare plans, including eligibility, enrollment, billing, and benefits administration processes. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information appropriately. Excellent customer service, written communication, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook and experience working within HRIS platforms; SAP experience is preferred.

Compensation:
