The Job:
Analyze and compare employee benefits plans, pricing, and carrier proposals. Prepare and manage RFPs for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary coverages. Develop client-facing marketing and renewal presentations. Partner with consultants, account managers, and sales teams to support client strategies. Review carrier quotes and identify opportunities to improve plan competitiveness and value. Maintain accurate client and market data within agency management systems. Support senior team members with marketing initiatives and renewal projects.

What We're Looking For:
Experience in employee benefits, insurance, underwriting, marketing, or a related analytical role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly. Experience working with carrier proposals, renewals, or benefits plan comparisons is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
