Enrollment Accuracy Process enrollments and changes Verify carrier updates Keep systems aligned Problem Solving Investigate discrepancies Manage retro adjustments Resolve carrier issues Reporting & Audits Prepare enrollment reports Support audits Maintain clean data Team Support Partner with Account Managers and Account Executives Support Open Enrollment Communicate with carriers and clients
