Responsibilities:
Assist Benefits team with management of disability, leave of absence, return to work, ADA, and extended medical leave programs Partner with disability/leave of absence vendors and act as a liaison between the vendor and employees Ensure proper integration of vendor FMLA administration with short-term disability plans Interpret HR policy and legislative developments to ensure compliance Respond to employee, manager, vendor, and internal and external call center escalations and questions Work with Legal, HR management, internal corporate functions, and external vendors to solve complex and time-sensitive issues Employee Benefits

Mandatory Skills:
5+ years' experience with leave of absence, return-to-work programs, ADA, extended medical leave, short-term disability, and long-term disability Experience partnering with third-party disability/leave of absence vendors HR systems knowledge and experience Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a lean, high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment Ability to identify root cause of issues and recommend approach/resolution to management Strong communication skills across all levels of employees and leadership Employee Benefits
