Job Description
General duties:
Coordinate all marketing activities for large group employee benefit clients and prospects. Manage the carrier marketing process from data collection through proposal receipt and final recommendation. Prepare and distribute requests for proposals (RFPs), carrier specifications, census information, claims experience, and supporting documentation.- Review carrier quotations and renewal proposals for accuracy, completeness and contract deviations.
- Collaborate with Producers to develop marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
- Maintain a deep, broad knowledge of medical insurance products, dental/vision plans, ancillary benefits, and worksite voluntary programs.
