00070476091 About the Role As a Facets Product & Benefits Consultant, you will make an impact by designing, configuring, testing, and implementing healthcare products and benefit plans within the Facets platform. You will be a valued member of the Healthcare Technology team and work collaboratively with business analysts, claims teams, product owners, operations leaders, QA teams, and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, complaint, and high-quality benefit solutions. In this role, you will:
+ Analyze benefit requirements, product documentation, regulatory mandates, and business needs to design effective Facets product and benefit configurations.
+ Configure, validate, and maintain Facets Product & Benefits components that support accurate benefit administration and claims adjudication.
+ Assess impacts across membership, provider networks, pricing, accumulators, claims processing, and downstream integrations.
+ Develop configuration documentation, mapping artifacts, decision logs, and implementation support materials.
+ Create and execute testing scenarios to validate benefit logic, including deductibles, copays, coinsurance, out-of-pocket maximums, limits, and network-based benefits.
+ Troubleshoot configuration defects, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to support product launches, benefit changes, releases, and production implementations. Work Model We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. What You Need to Have to Be Considered + 6+ years of healthcare payer experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on Facets Product & Benefits configuration experience.
