Healthcare Support Specialist (Remote)- $19/hr. Weekly Pay & Benefits |

Equipment Provided Projected Start Date:

November 2nd, 2026 Must be able to work any assigned 8 hours shift Mon-Fri, 8 AM-9PM CST

• Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Perform outbound calls and may take some inbound calls assisting patients. Verify insurance coverage, eligibility, and patient benefits. Educate patients and providers on coverage, costs, and next steps. Assist with copay assistance and patient support programs. Navigate commercial and government insurance plans. Deliver exceptional customer service while managing time-sensitive cases.

Qualifications but not limited to:

1+ year of RECENT , experience in medical or pharmacy benefits (Required) Proficient with Windows or Mac systems Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexible with schedule - prioritizes getting the job done Ability to remain calm and agile in a fast-paced, evolving environment Must have high-speed internet with modem access (hotspots not accepted).
