Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administers Workers' Comp claims and actively communicates with employees and managers to ensure accuracy in reporting of claims, compliance with WC laws and minimization of exposure
- Administers the tracking of all leaves of absences including notification to employees of appropriate type of leave, benefit payments and PTO suspension
- Notifies Insurance Company of Worker's Compensation claims data, completes required Insurance Company forms and procedures reports
- Maintains employees' medical and workers' compensation files.
- Performs general administrative duties to support the risk insurance procedures
- Organizes and coordinates Annual Company Training and Back Education Programs
- Updates and maintains OSHA logs, including yearly posting requirements
- Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English Any other function or responsibility as assigned by the Supervisor
