Join Our Team as the Human Resources Leaves Specialist! The Human Resources (HR) Specialist
- Leaves is part of the Benefits & Leaves team and is a paraprofessional level position that performs complex and specialized work with a considerable degree of independent judgment and decision-making.

Education & Experience A minimum of a high school diploma A minimum of three years of clerical and technical experience in working with employees benefits and/or leaves. Related education may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Work Conditions This is a full-time, benefitted position that works primarily remote with an average of one day per month in-office with onsite options in Longmont, Lafayette, and Boulder. This position will work Monday- Friday 8:00am
- 4:30pm, with some flexibility possible regarding schedule.
