Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Temporary Remote Litigation Event Docketing Specialist for a global law firm. This position will provide leave coverage for approximately 6-8 weeks, with potential for longer-term opportunities. You must be local to one of the following cities:

Silicon Valley, CA Responsibilities:

Manage high-volume litigation docketing and calendaring requests using CompuLaw. Review court filings, rules, orders, and judicial preferences to ensure accurate deadline calculation and docket maintenance. Execute complex federal and state court calendaring requests. Conduct document and docket analysis to identify critical deadlines. Assist with CompuLaw database administration and workflow management.

Qualifications:

5+ years of litigation calendaring/docketing experience. Strong experience with CompuLaw/Aderant Vision or similar docketing software. Extensive knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures. Excellent organizational, analytical, and legal research skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
