The People Support Center Representative is responsible for reviewing, processing, and entering transactions involving confidential employee information while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. This role places a strong emphasis on benefits administration and serves as a key support resource for the organization's benefits operations. In this role, the representative will support day-to-day benefits functions including auditing, COBRA document sharing, Qualifying Life Event (QLE) review and approvals, benefits inbox and incoming mail management, and open enrollment support. They will work closely with benefits carriers and vendors and will utilize UKG Pro and PlanSource to ensure accurate and timely benefits processing. The representative addresses routine and moderately complex inquiries from employees and managers regarding benefits and HR services, escalating issues when necessary. They maintain proactive communication with employees, providing timely status updates until issues are resolved, and work collaboratively with the broader People Support Center and operations teams to enhance the employee experience. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information, and a working knowledge of benefits administration practices and systems. Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred.Responsibilities:
Benefits Inbox & Incoming Mail Management — Monitor, respond to, and route the benefits inbox and incoming mail on a daily basis; serve as the first point of contact for employee benefits inquiries. Includes review of Qualifying Life Events (QLE's) Collaboration & Coordination- Partner with HR teams and operations to ensure seamless HR processes and issue resolution. Support the rest of the PSC team with people transactions as needed. Open Enrollment Support — Assist with employee elections, system testing, and daily enrollment audits during the open enrollment period (October
- December) Discrepancy Resolution — Partner to identify and escalate deduction discrepancies, overpayments, and system issues between UKG Pro and Ben Admin; escalate complex issues as needed.
