Job Description

Immediate need for a Senior Benefits Billing Analyst in Orange. This insurance company provides benefits and services to first responders and other government entities. This position is available immediately - it's direct hire, for an insurance company that provides benefits and healthcare solutions to first responders, and other government entities. This is a full-time position M-F, remote on Fridays and possibly 1-2 additional days once up and running, for the right person. Here are the keys to hire:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 3-7+ years in benefits billing, healthcare administration, or payroll/finance
  • Experience with benefit administration systems and payroll integration
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, SharePoint preferred
Overview:
Responsible for end-to-end administration of billing operations, including carrier reconciliation, payroll integration, eligibility reporting, COBRA processing, and wellness program financial tracking. This role ensures financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination between carriers, benefit administration systems, and internal stakeholders.
