About Ally In-Care At Ally In-Care, we believe home care is ultimately about people, trust, and relationships. We are a boutique, relationship-driven home care agency focused on delivering a high-touch and concierge-level experience to every client and family we serve throughout Orange County. We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Home Care Liaison to support and grow our presence throughout the Huntington Beach coastal communities through Mission Viejo and surrounding Orange County areas. This is not a "transactional sales" role. We are looking for someone who genuinely values connection, consistency, and community. Someone who understands that long-term growth in healthcare comes from showing up, building trust, and always doing right by the families and professionals we serve. Compensation & Growth Base salary ranges from $72,000
  • 80,000 annually, plus an uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential.
This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, relationship-oriented, and motivated by long-term growth. There is no cap on what you can build here. The more consistent and intentional your outreach and relationship development is, the greater the opportunity. What You'll Do As a Home Care Liaison, your primary focus will be developing meaningful relationships within the healthcare and senior care community while serving as a trusted resource for clients, families, and referral partners.
Responsibilities include:
  • Building and maintaining strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, fiduciaries, home health agencies, hospice providers, concierge medicine practices, and other community partners.
  • Consistently conducting in-person outreach, relationship development, networking, and follow-up throughout Orange County.
  • Representing Ally In-Care with professionalism, compassion, responsiveness, and integrity.
  • Attending networking events, community events, educational presentations, and marketing meetings.
  • Conducting lunch-and-learns and educational meetings with referral partners.
  • Meeting with families and potential clients to explain services and coordinate in-home consultations.
  • Serving as an extension of our mission and helping families navigate care with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintaining consistent communication and follow-through with referral sources and community partners.
  • Collaborating closely with our leadership and operations team to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Tracking outreach activity, relationship development, and growth efforts through weekly reporting and meetings.
Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is personable, self-motivated, and relationship-focused with a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and community-based networking.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in home care, home health, hospice, healthcare marketing, or related healthcare sales.
  • Existing referral relationships within Orange County preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and foster long-term professional relationships.
  • Highly organized and accountable with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable with field-based outreach and networking.
  • Professional presentation and demeanor.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
